originally from boston, talia has never had a good life and she does believe that she is going to have a bright future. her mother died at a young age and only a few years later, talia’s only best friend was killed in a drive by meant for a teenage boy that was walking beside them. these were only the first two deaths of many. talia believes that anyone that she gets close to will end up dying. but even with the death of a mother and a best friend, talia remained rather optimistic about her life. she was naïve in that belief but the idea that her brother was always going to be there helped her go forward. her brother, liam, began to have an addiction to many substances but mainly cocaine and alcohol. he fell into the wrong crowd and talia followed him in with closed eyes. she met a boy who turned out to be a nightmare for her at fifteen. her first boyfriend was a good friend of her brother’s, he began to toss her around, abused her, made her feel little. her brother never caught wind of the abuse, he never did much of anything once talia turned fifteen. he actually started to pull away from the young girl and then he was gone. he left to start his own life, cleaned up his act and talia was left to clean up a path of destruction that he left from his friends to the debts that he had. talia has been through a lot to get her brother’s name cleared. she sold herself to her ex-boyfriend, she drank to numb the pain of it all. then she met a boy, a sweet lad with deep pockets but that didn’t matter to talia. he showed her a different side to life, a good side and they even got married. talia dropped out of school after grade 11 so she was dependent on her husband for a lot, which she hated but he never minded. he enjoyed taking care of her. talia had her brother for her entire life but after he up and left, she was forced to take the role of caretaker for everyone—including herself. her husband was killed though, knocking her last leg from under her. her belief is that people that get close get hurt. but the girl has an attitude problem, she is seriously bitter about everything in her life and looks at the glass as half empty rather than half full. after her husband was killed, she followed her brother from boston to here, but she is on the run again and chose the same city as her brother. talia is a bitch. it’s plain and simple. she would be voted most hated 9 out of 10 times. she is heartless and cruel but has no filter, she doesn’t feel she needs to think before she speaks because she has wisdom beyond what she thinks others possess. but talia is very down on herself, she’s not insecure, but she is not optimistic about her life and what is to come. she holds people at a distant, hates on them to keep them from doing anything but hating her so they don’t get close, so they don’t get hurt. so maybe, talia does have a heart, it’s just covered up by the bitter feelings she has.friends are hard to come by because of how independent she is, meaning, talia believes that she does not need anyone in her life. she tries to be strong but life knocks her down time and time again and she might need people to help get her back up, but don’t expect too much gratitude on her end. she's new to nyc, only been here for a few weeks. she has her own place and is standing on her own for the first time in her life. she might have a good party buddy since she does enjoy alcohol. she has a lot of mini jobs so she could meet a ton of people that way. enemiesshe's blunt, she is sarcastic and really has no interest in getting close to people just to have them walk away. she is a complete bitch, she really doesn't care who she hurts or who gets in her way for whatever goal. she is not a physical fighter, but she does enjoy a good banter, it fuels her. lovers well, talia thought that she met the one in the form of her husband, a man that she would give anything to be with again—but he’s gone and she has started to accept that. love is not something she will be seeking but sex, lust, all of those vices are a good distraction and she does not mind a one night stand or a fling to keep her mind at bay. other be from her past, recognize her from one of her jobs, hire her as a dog walker, sit with her as she drinks away her life, try and help her, face the wrath of her, try and convince her to o something, be her bed warmer, make her breakfast.
