Okay so this isn't pretty or anything but this is a want ad for Roman's childhood best friend. You must read his app as a lot of info is there. Roman moved around a lot as a child as his family is military. He never really made friends with anyone until Josaphina came around. His parents promised him that they would wait until he was graduated from high school to move again, however a few months before graduation, they had to move again. Josaphina was his best friend and he loved her deeply. They never dated or anything but he was very protective of her. Right before he had to leave, he gave her a passionate kiss and told her he loved her and would never forget her. But it ended there and he left. From then on, he vowed to never love anyone again and carries her picture around with him everywhere. Roman needs his best friend and true love again. Of course it's going to be a coincidence that they run into each other.
